Chris’s Story

Although Chris is extremely fit, he is constantly aspiring to challenge his mind and body and to improve himself.
Chris is a keen cyclist and runner and is currently preparing himself to run in the ‘Marathon Des Sables’ for charity. Described as the toughest foot-race on Earth, he will be running 156 miles across the Moroccan dessert in temperatures reaching 50 degrees centigrade. No easy feat.
Chris is already an advocate of self-tracking – he understands that it’s important to set goals and monitor your progress to improve oneself and is always interested in tips that will give him the edge.
Chris tries to instil many of the best practices he adopts into his clients who come to him with a variety of weight and fitness goals. Chris would like to have much more visibility on the exercise, nutrition and sleep behaviours of his clients outside of the gym, so he can help them better.
